Muddy Waters – A Two Chefs Restaurant, a new concept from the teams of Beacon Hill Group and Two Chefs Restaurants, will open in Thornton Park District in downtown Orlando this May.
The restaurant will take over the space currently housing Beacon Hill Group’s Mucho Tequila & Tacos, and will feature New Orleans-inspired cuisine from Chef Bernard Carmouche and Chef Larry Sinibaldi of Two Chefs Seafood Restaurant. The menu will pay homage to Chef Bernard’s deep New Orleans roots and culinary background, with an emphasis on fresh, authentic ingredients sourced in Louisiana and masterfully prepared using expert techniques.
“Following the remarkable success we have enjoyed with our first Two Chefs restaurants, we were inspired to expand our brand by developing a new concept and New Orleans-inspired cuisine just felt right to both of Chef Bernard and me,” says Chef Larry Sinibaldi. “The growth and excitement in the Thornton Park District is so appealing, and after meeting with the Beacon Hill Group, we knew this was where we wanted to be.”
“Mark and I have been so impressed with what Chef Larry and Chef Bernard have done with their current restaurant; this partnership presents an opportunity to bring a totally new concept to downtown Orlando, and – considering the chefs’ resumes – an inspiring culinary experience in a unique atmosphere to our patrons,” said Todd Ulmer of Beacon Hill Group.
